Terrible, god-awful place. The gate is always broken in the open position. When they plow in the winter they push all the snow up against the units, which then freezes there. I was not able to access my unit from march all the way through ajout a week ago. Then when I got in there was water damage in my unit. This place is a joke and the customer service is atrocious. Nobody will ever return your calls, as evidenced by the fact that I was not able to get in contact with anyone from march all the way through now. Go shop around. There are places that are half the price within 15 miles of here that have fences that aren't riddled with holes and gates that function.

I initially leased a 10X20 that was too cramped to back my boat in. While I was able to get it in it took an hour to do so. This will not work for the next year. I called to change my selection and Kayla assisted with getting me a unit that had ample space to line up to in order to back in appropriately. Their fees are very reasonable as well. Thank you Kayla for your understanding and prompt assistance, you are remarkable,

This storage rental place is very easy to work with, they get you the answers to the questions you may have in a timely manner. The management team is pleasant and easy to deal with. They have gone out of their way to rectify any issues I have had. I would consider renting from them anytime in the future should I need space to store my belongings.

The gate has been open all winter. The facility was not plowed after the last big snowfall so, after melting and re-freezing, it is now several inches thick with ice extending 10 feet from our door. (Safety?) There has now been some melting right against the door and (we predict) that the water is getting into our unit. With what we pay, I expected to at least be able to get into our unit.
