The only way this facility is ever getting five stars is because Miss Kathleen at the front desk gives heart and soul to this place. She gives a darn if the customers are having a good experience. Otherwise it’s just another corporation grinding you for every penny they can. Thank you Miss Kathleen for caring about the lack of moving carts and the broken lighting above my unit. To be clear these five stars belong to Miss Kathleen.

The White Bear Lake facility is top notch - very clean, well-lit and within the climate-controlled space where my unit was always a comfortable temperature with very functional transport carts available for use. As for staff at this location, Kathleen is always very friendly and helpful! I would definitely rent space here again.
