This was such a disappointing experience. “Market Value” increased $70 a month about 12 weeks after I moved in. Shady shady. I can’t justify supporting a business that operates that way (oh yes…they cover themselves in their contract). I’m not sure when the storage industry became scam like but I researched this company and it appears they are well known for this at all of their facilities. The one star goes to their precious employees. We all need our jobs.

Matt CastleberryIf you enjoy incremental fee increases, that according to the employees, occur randomly, then this is the place for you. If you don't like guessing what the bill might be next month then you should probably pass on extra space storage and go with another company.

I've spoken to her several times in the past when making a payment, she greets you by name and displays great customer service as she anticipates, your every need. So if you are looking for a storage unit, please give them a call.Both Sabrina and the store manager Vince will greet you with a smile and take care of you as if you were family.
Remy JayThis property is great and well ran, and the property manager Vincent is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable. Definitely book this storage facility you will not regret it and all your things will be safe. You also can enter the gate digitally and handle all your needs thru the app.
