The process to rent online was smooth and easy, with the options clearly laid out and a virtual tour to show you multiple angles and items inside the unit. There was an issue with my ID verification, but I drove to the facility and Samantha in the office was exceptionally polite and provided great customer service. The lock was already in my unit and the building was very clean and obviously very well cared for. The ability to have 24 hour access, because I work during the night, was a major benefit. Overall, I’m very satisfied so far! Consider these guys if you are getting a storage unit!

I started the registration online. I stopped because of the lock charge. ( I already have a lock) I called the facility and spoke with Samantha. She provided phenomenal customer service. I would most definitely recommend this facility.
