I was not even prepared to purchase a box today but with her knowledge, kindness and clean facility and unit, I purchased with no hesitation. Great company and employees.

We arrived a few minutes before the store was closing. The manager was absolutely excellent without her help we would not have been able to get a storage unit. She was professional kind and courteous. We are very appreciative of her. she is the main reason why we would come back and use this storage facility again

Very very poor management horrible experience all the way around I have been renting with this company for 4 to 5 years I moved to the West Coast never gaining any access to this Mississippi unit. When I went to collect my items to be moved out this past week my daughter's belongings very very expensive items we're missing I contacted the management they followed up that I need to file a claim and report to the police I did not have any time to report anything to the police due to I was this was a one-day move out and I had to leave for the West Coast. I do not recommend anyone to to use their services due to the stolen expensive items that they claim they do not have they are the only ones that gain access to my unit management all the way around with super disrespectful to me and uncalled for. I've always paid my unit they always received their money and do to their super disrespectful inconsiderate actions that they took toward me for no reason I cleared my unit out in one day. I urge you urge you do not rent from these people due to the very unprofessionalism lies and inconsideration on the treatment that I was given by management all the way around do not rent from this company
