This is the worst storage company ever. They take no accountabilty. Several storages were broken into. My daughter goes to JSU and they took everything. She is junior in college and for to nowhave nothing is horrible. No clothes, shoes, school stuff everything gone. When someone take doors off and handles that means they no one is on premises ever to secure the things and cameras don't work. They had time. Almost sounds like inside work. This is negligence and the call center doesn't care horrible customer service and the gate is always broke. This again is negligence and a violations of contracts. I have contacted a attorney. New owners are just as worst at last especially when they tell you on phone our cameras have been stolen off building. If everybody being broken into invest in workers during day and better security. A better system. But you will not get away like this.

My first experience was when i came in, the property manager was very nice. Her name is Chelsea. The next few times I came in, she helped me get set up for autopay. She has been very helpful. The unit and property is clean. The property is gated and safe. She also provides retail such as locks, one stop shop. I do recommend friends!

I am rating the customer service I received with the phone operator I think Nadzma Lim is the best customer service Rep. I've dealt with since I rented a unit. I would recommend her as a five star Rep.

American mini storage was very nice and clean. The manager was very responsive to my every need , also he didn't try to sale me what I didn't want he sold me what I needed. The day I went in they had this awesome package deal so I practically got my shed for free and insured all at the same time. The managers attitude was delightful even though I came at a time of peril lol they were very busy but he took time and helped me. I do recommend American Mini storage for all your storage solutions.
