The storage units are clean and the price is affordable. The issues are access to your unit and unit security. The website states you have access to your unit from 6am-10pm. Turns out that's a lie. I found that out after arriving at 8pm, typing the code and the screen saying that they are closed. Frustrated, I looked at the gate and on the sign, someone had crossed out 10pm and wrote a 7pm over it. Frustrating, but I thought fine. A few weeks later, I show up at 6:50am and guess what, same issue. They are closed despite the fact the website and the gate sign saying they are open for access at 6am. Frustrated, I sit in my car with all my stuff needing to unload and decide to wait until 7am. Thank goodness it finally opens. I drive to the unit and that's when I notice the walk-in is gate open. Just open. No one there. Just a gate open for anyone to come in. They don't give out keys for the walk in gate which means someone broke in or the staff from the previous day left it open. I honestly feel fooled that the reviews were so positive. I would not reccomend this location or this company.
