StorageMax Metro Center is a secure and professionally managed storage facility in Jackson Mississippi. We have a security fencing and controlled electronic gate access for all tenants along with 24 hour video surveillance for maximum protection. All of our units are drive up accessible 7 days a week. Our management team is ready to help you find the perfect fit for your storage needs. Our Sunday office hours are available by appointment from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

First impression good, later disappointed

My first impression from the telephone inquiry to the final paperwork was very good/impressive. However, the following day, I discovered that someone else had put a lock on my unit. This could have been an honest mistake, OR it could have been done purposefully by another customer or a non-customer. Regardless, I did not like the way the problem was handled. I did not have time to complain at the time, so I took the alternate unit which was not satisfactory.
