We absolutely love this place!!! Was WAY cheaper than anyone around for the amount of space you get! The wash pad and dumping station, CLEAN outhouse is just an added on bonus!!! It is a very quiet, well kept place. And the other tenants are super nice as well!! We had a few hang ups with gate codes when we first moved in but the guy that did our lease was a phone call or text away and got everything resolved super quick! We definitely Highly recommend this place!!!

We arrived to move in to our unit today to store our RV and our provided gate code did not work and we could not get into our unit on a cold, rainy day after hours of driving. There was a note to call (see included picture) but no one answered any of the numbers provided. I spoke to staff on the phone to confirm on 12/3 and then called again on 12/10 and paid on that date. I then received multiple emails confirming my move in date, payment receipt, unit number, and gate code. Everyone was lovely on the phone when reserving the unit but this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We just drove our RV from Missouri today and live in Memphis so it is not super convenient for us to have to come back again to deal with this. I tried calling all numbers available, leaving multiple messages, and waited for 45 minutes and never received any call back. If there was some sort of issue requiring leaving this note, I do not understand why we were not contacted ahead of time. At this time, I certainly would not recommend unless this situation is rectified.

I have rented here for almost four years and it has been the absolute best. The facility is well lit, gravel always smooth, amenities for your campers, security 24-7, and they always communicate clearly. I have never had any problems. The best part is the layout and space. I have a 24ft trailer and as a woman I can easily turn around no problem. The two gates make that even easier now. The location is safe and secure which means a lot to me. There is no Memphis traffic with both a gas station and dollar store within proximity for those times I was low on gas or forgot a strap. My most recent experience was my lack of computer skills. With us moving and trying to get the deadline worked out I was able to email and call and text with prompt response and real help, not just guidance. I have needed assistance one time and they were on site and super sweet to help me. Best storage unit facility I have rented from. Thank you and if I ever need a unit again this is the location I will come back to.

We have had the best experience with Matt, Jeff & Jennifer! We moved in as soon as the units opened in Mississippi and we could not be happier! They are extremely helpful, respond immediately to any question we have ever had! This facility is secure and immaculate! They have all of the amenities we were looking for, like wash station and dump station! We highly recommend Adventure Boat and RV Storage to anyone looking for an indoor storage facility! You will not be disappointed!

This place is great. All sites are fully enclosed and has a concrete pad, power is available, washing area is on site and there is 24 hour manned and video security. The staffing are great people. Jeff was very helpful. He was able to find us an extra storage area on the same day and he is always available. While we were there we saw Leo spraying pesticides around the property keeping those bugs out. All this assured me that my RV and truck is well taken cared for. I suggest full-timers and part timers to think about storing here if you are looking for something central. We sadly had to part ways with GoHomePort due to unforeseen circumstances. Denise is the new owner and is great. She helped us with our move out and made things very easy. The property continues to be clean and well taken cared of. Hopefully after we settle thing we can return. Thank you Adventure and now GoHomePort for a wonderful experience.
