Edit...they con you into writing a review and then make you do so right then and there. Like they won't hang up until they see it posted. Just an FYI. No longer use. It was ok. Nothing special. Getting in and out of the facility sucks and really isn't safe given it's location. You have to get out of the car to put your code in. Original review: Patricia helped me so much with my move in. She understands what it means to be on a budget and cares. Excellent customer service! Will stick with this storage facility. 😃

Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised at this interaction. The previous management was horrible to work with, and I have been trying for months to get a unit transferred to my name from someone else in my family. Today, though, the process was easy and without stress. Nicole Go was who helped me, and he was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, and made this process really easy. I was able to get done in a few minutes what I could not get done for 6 months with the previous owners. The prices are reasonable, and I would recommend that you at least consider them, if you don't mind driving a little out of your way to get to them. This is by far the best experience with any storage unit that I have had in nearly 20 years.

I have been very happy with both the customer service and unit selection at RCMS. Our daughter attends Mississippi College during the year, so we needed a storage unit while she is home in California during the summers. We find the smallest unit available, the 5x10, works well for all her stuff. This is our second year of renting during the summers, and both times Irene helped me set up our account. They regularly run specials for discounted rental rates, so watch for those. Though their rates are creeping up, they are still way cheaper than those in Clinton.
