The amount of rate hikes is the main reason for this review. They simply don’t stop. It was five months. Then four months. Then three months. The place is reasonably clean and secure. However, their placement of stairs is absolutely atrocious. It’s as if they intentionally hide them. I know this because one day I really needed to get something but the elevator was out. Searched high and low for stairs, which I knew they had to have because of fires, and unfortunately the office was closed, so I had to leave. I will be leaving this Devon as the amount of rate hikes imply they want to get rid of their customers.

This staff member at the ridgeland location was so helpful and super nice.i can't thank her enough. I highly recommend Devon storage in ridgeland. Nobody in ridgeland can beat there price or hospitality.

STAY AWAY!!! From the onset the staff is unprofessional. One staff member was complaining that the company requires that she works 6 days a week and that working 6 days per week will interfere with her picking her son up from MS State. One move in day the unit's door wouldn't close after we'd move everything in. Tried calling the emergency number but none called back!!! Had to take everything back out!! STAY AWAY!!!

The agent was receptive and very helpful. I was able to meet the manager, Brenda, within 10 minutes of my call. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and Brenda efficiently completed the transaction, providing me with a key and even a mattress cover. The entire process, from my initial call to securing the unit, was completed in under an hour. I am very satisfied with the service.
