I had a great experience at this storage facility. Kadrian was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They made the whole process easy and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The property was clean, secure, and well maintained. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Kadrian definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place if you need storage!

The amount of rate hikes is the main reason for this review. They simply don’t stop. It was five months. Then four months. Then three months. The place is reasonably clean and secure. However, their placement of stairs is absolutely atrocious. It’s as if they intentionally hide them. I know this because one day I really needed to get something but the elevator was out. Searched high and low for stairs, which I knew they had to have because of fires, and unfortunately the office was closed, so I had to leave. I will be leaving this Devon as the amount of rate hikes imply they want to get rid of their customers.
