Walked in not knowing exactly what I needed or how big of a storage facility I needed. I spoke with a representative named Michael. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable in what I needed based on what I was wanting to store. Didn’t try to give me the runaround or add-ons to try to make a bigger sale. He was straight forward and to the point. I wish there was more people like him. Thank you again, Michael.

From the moment I walked in the door! Michael and Leslie both welcomed me to StorageMart and asked if they could do to help me. I told them I was an auction buyer and was there to pay for my unit. The process was a very quick and professional experience. Michael and Leslie are both very accommodating to my needs with great information regarding the end process of cleaning out the unit to the refunding of my deposit. Every question I had was answered and I was told if I had further questions not too hesitate to call. Thank you so much Michael and Leslie for a very easy stress-free experience. You both know your jobs very well. I would recommend this facility 100%! Patty.

The price has raised $80 since I first got the unit. No one has asked or even informed me about it first. No additional features or anything like that, just higher prices. Seems to be raised on vibes only. Update: they've charged me $600 with no heads up at all. Incredibly greedy and unprofessional
