The only complaint I have is that I am right near a light that attracts so many bugs and there are spiders and mice in my unit. I know they do spray for bugs or atleast I think they do. Anyway,, making my payment is easy, and affordable and even though this was meant to be a short term rental for me it has turned into about a year so far.

Best experience we've had thus far with a RV Storage unit! Fantastic customer service, they actually answer the phone! When we arrived at the unit, the door was malfunctioning so, we called and they promptly moved us to another!

Rent goes up. They assess late fees and at 2nd month I was billed on the first I got paid on the 3rd to post in the pm. I was billed 2 months and late fees no problem then an additional 140.00 so almost 300 and I was 33 days late they wouldn't work w me very money hungry!! All about money.
