I have used them for several years with two units that I paid in full on time every month of every year. I was a homebuyer looking for a home for over a year, which is the hardest journey to begin with. I finally found a home and was approved on 4/16/25 which is when I emailed these people with no hearts to let them know I found a home and could move my things I have paid monthly on time every month for several years with even with 2 units at one time on time. I had everything out of the unit after the 16th of April and notified the owners! They are still charging me foe an entire month of rent with no pro-rate even though I contacted them the day I knew I could move. This is a horrible way to do business knowing your unit was available the 16th of last month and knowing I am a paid customer who was not only paid in advance, but was for several years always paid on time! Do not use them if you do not want to to lose hard earned money for no reason other than pure greed!!!!!!!!!

1. Rent prorated from date I inquired. 2. Contract signed on 12th June. 3. Contract cancelled and confirmed on 13th June. 4. $95.00 rent charged to my account on July 3rd. . No refund because I didn't give 30 days notice.

Terrible place to rent from. The whole storage units look like trash, there's a house inside the fenced area like someone lives at the storage, weather or rain damage is very possible, the place looks like a junkyard, inconvenient location, and to top it off very tight spaces, I couldn't even fit my truck around any of the corners, absolutely no maneuverability unless you have a car. I would not recommend renting.

Dirt lot. 60 to 70 % older units but on a secure lot. Same stuff in our unit since 2011 and no leaks no pests so can't complain. No dumpster on site.
