Extra Space Storage Is an amazing place I’m so glad I chose them out of all the others. The place is really safe and I know my stuff will be OK. The employees are so understanding and thoughtful especially Megan. She’s been so helpful and she Always goes above and beyond you should definitely choose this place. It’s clean. The prices are good. I used to work at U-Haul and I recommend this place.

Good price at first - until it went up by $90 per month AND they are infested with mice! Every surface of my furniture had mouse droppings on it. Called to tell them to talk to them about it and they told me, "well that's what you have renter's insurance for." I told them, " no, that's why I pay rent, to keep my stuff safe and sound at a storage company. He told me he was hanging up because he didn't want to argue with me.

I called this store today to get some information about renting a unit here in the near future and I spoke to a gentleman named Arthur. His customer service was outstanding! he answered all of the questions I had even offered to rent to me over the phone!
