I had previously dealt with renting from a storage facility but the experience with Extra Space Storage was by far the BEST experience! Every encounter from the initial inquiry and making the reservation with Mia to the completion of the reservation with Ash was SUPERB customer service! Ash at the Antioch Rd location was very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe that they addressed all my needs for my daughter and even what she could afford! Kudos to this team👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Well...it was a decent unit until a $80 increase within one month and they hide behind the "unit price market value" yet no one is this high and no one has ever changed a price on me EVER or it was a slight increase like 5-10 dollars. But 80...rediculous. So yes all the reviews are correct. They will charge you an ARM AND POSSIBLLY A LEG. SAD TOO BECAUSE I WAS REALLY HAPPY HERE. I am a great customer that always pays on time and doesn't ask for anything but a safe place with easy access. This is rediculous. I just found a TRUE climate controlled downtown right by my work for the same price I signed up for at this place. Storage Mart here I come. You APOLOGIZE FOR ALMOST EXACTLY DOUBLING A COST??? AND LET ME GUESS, IT WILL ONLY GO UO AND NEVER DOWN.

My first impression was a positive one. The first time I called they gave me a complete description of the storage center.When I moved in I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. I am 100% satisfied knowing that my items are stored in a nice clean space.

I have had a storage space for a little over a year. It’s easy to get in anytime I need. It’s always clean and temperature controlled. If I have a question they are quick to respond. I have dealt with Trevor at this location and he’s always helpful.
