Regarding the lock placement matter, we received your email notice 4 days before the month's end and regret any inconvenience caused. As part of our standard procedures, we require a 15-day notice before the month's end for vacating. Due to the lack of response to our reminder, the lock was placed to facilitate assistance and was promptly removed upon your arrival. Our lease agreement, initial consultation, and Important Reminders document highlight the 15-day notice requirement, a common industry practice for smooth tenant transitions. We understand moving can be hectic, and we aim to provide clarity and support. To accommodate your situation, we informed you that you could remove the lock once your items were completely moved out if it was more convenient for you, given your relocation or you could keep the lock on the door. We also offered in-person account closure/unit review and already removed your credit card before officially vacating. Post-vacating, we promptly terminate leases and issue a "Move Out Statement" to prevent additional charges. We apologize for any confusion or frustration and remain committed to transparent and thorough processes.
