Overhead door broke

A real PITA to get in. The overhead door doesn’t work and the access doesn’t work at the other door. Another customer told me the door had been out of service for a month. Of course this was not disclosed when I signed up on line and the text responses said they couldn’t do anything and my phone call went unreturned.

Great storage location and very clean

Just rented a storage unit at this location and it is very clean and secure! Love the safety measures in place at this location and ira access to the area which traditionally had very few storage options. The office was super clean too! I do wish they had some carts large enough to fit a mattres or sofa length item on becaue without a large cart, attempting to move those items is far more complicated.

Excellent Facility, Wonderful Location

The facility at 6650 Troost Avenue, Kansas City, MO., is tip top. It is clean, affordable and conveniently located. The staff and Management are fantastic. I was especially impressed with Erica. Our encounter was professional, informative and pleasant. She is an excellent representative of your fine establishment.
