Not happy with the new owners' pricing and rules on when I can access my unit. We rented the unit from previous owners at a great price. Granted, I do not plan on going to my building late at night, but those are my things, and I do not like being told when I can and can not access them. Also, the previous owner sold us a lock with insurance. We no longer have this, and the price is double what we were paying. The only upgrades I've seen are that lights on the outside have been installed.

These storage units are the worst. It isn’t a complicated process to run successful storage unit spaces but these owners have found a way to successfully rip consumers off. Hidden fees and over priced units that are smaller than shown due to actual usable space compared to measured space. You would be better off storing your belongings in an abandoned shed somewhere. That would have the same pest control as these units as I had a variety of insects in my stored things from there.
