Since go stor it took over this facility's management I have not received any email statements, any text reminders and not even a call. Instead they doubled my bill and then added a lien fee and cut my locks off. Nobody local to watch over the lockers, anyway you talk to is out of state. Very disappointed in their professional service, preferred the local manager; she rocked.
