Hate giving this low of stars because it was a very nice and clean respectable facility with nice workers, but I agree with many of the other recent reviews. I get rates will increase but mine personally 3x+ for the smallest unit. No thank you. I don't need to go from $15 to $50 for rent thanks. That's deception if you ask me just because the laws aren't strict enough for storage units and never have been. They think they can give you one rate that's really nice to trick you into the unit and you will be too lazy to move when they triple the price in a month or two right when you get cozy. No thanks scammers. Seen this trick before. I left the second I got the increase and didn't pay another bill. Don't fall for it.

Fantastic storage company. Clean facilities and great customer service! EDITED: I'd like to update my review. We just signed a lease with this company and received notice today that the rent on the units has doubled due to rate increases. We will be moving elsewhere immediately.

DON’T rent here if you plan on staying for more than a month or two!!!!!!!!!!! They increase rent dramatically time after time without proper notice. They claim they mailed notices and their customer service agents tell you it’s your problem, not theirs that proper notice was not received (they also hang up on you). I have not dealt with anyone at the storage facility itself, but the only customer service you can get on the phone is a call center and it’s AWFUL. They also added parking spots for campers and now we can’t get a trailer back to empty our storage easily, so that’s awesome! “Drive-up” means cars only apparently!

Needed a storage unit ASAP and the not only have great prices and storage room, but they even left me a NEW lock and key to put on the door when finished with my move in. Very fast and friendly. Have been with Heartland Storage on and off for about 6 years. Always would recommend them to anyone.

Noticed that my bill went from 70$ for the until and 15$ for the insurance to 116$ for the unit plus 15$ for insurance. Nope I’ll be moving my stuff immediately… hopefully everyday follows suit and these scammers lose so much business they shut down… rate increase for a storage unit that utilizes nothing, water , electricity and isn’t even temperature controlled.. I dumb sometime but not today heartland storage
