Their lot is clean, the unit was clean and it's easy in and easy out. I would recommend Heartland Storage and use them again if needed.

Well . It’s Outdoor. So, that’s Fine , no Special Security. But Easy Access. I Needed Storage in An Emergency. I Wasn’t Happy About the insurance Being Forced. I Didn’t Sign Up For that. So, I’ll Be Leaving As Soon As I Can. Otherwise, nobody Bothers me . So I’m Fine with it. Everything is Automated.

Megan CunninghamThe sweet lady who works at the office and the closeness is the only good thing about this storage unit. The roof leaks horribly and floods about 50 square feet of the storage unit I rented and pay over $100 for, making this unit unusable. Now they’re increasing rent claiming increased costs to run it and I will no longer be renting with them because of the condition of the storage unit between the leaking and the bugs, it’s not cost effective. Because this unit leaks so bad my items have become moldy. I use this to store items for my business and it has ruined some items because of the leaking and conditions of this poorly maintained unit. I’d recommend using any other company if you’re looking for storage in Ozark. Very disappointed in the service and quality of these units and will be moving out this month.
