Rude and difficult to work with. After scrutinizing me, who I was and my credibiliy. I was also told rent was do on the first and considered late on the 5th. I got paid the 3rd of each month. Labor day weekend I got paid 3rd, took check direct to drop off on 4th. The 5th was on Labor Day. I was charged 20 late fee on the 6th. And was charged 20.00 interest on top. After discussing with 'HQ' penalty was removed, yet the interest remained on the account. Pay it or stay locked out. 20.00a month additional charges apply. I moved out as soon as their lock came iff
