Best storage place ever! Everyone is so professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. The manager is friendly and I talked to Von, professional, very polite, helpful and kind. I needed a storage unit immediately, because i transitioned out of domestic violence and thanks completely to KO storage. I found that I came to the right place. They treat you like family and very kind and always willing to help in every which way is needed. I also felt safe knowing my storage unit was gated and off the main road, knowing my stuff and belongings were always safe, so my abusive ex couldn’t find out where my belongings were. They always are kind enough to put any notes on my file, so everyone is on the same page. I called every storage unit in Missouri and thanks to KO Storage, it’s one I can safely rely on. They treat you like family and not just a number, I really like that. Von, the manager and everyone is great, professional, kind, helpful, safe and make my day brighter every time I talk to them. If you are looking for a storage unit that’s perfect for your needs, I highly recommend!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They were great to get me in during a last minute attempt to get in after a different company fell through, but I had my unit broken into recently and then the true colors showed up, at least for the Republic, MO one. I am not blaming the facility for my unit being broken into, but my treatment after the incident is what I'm upset about. Both me and the detective for the case has been trying to reach someone to get answers or even to get footage to continue the investigation. The customer service center has been nice and repeatedly emailed the district manager to reach out to me but he has still not made any effort to reach out after WEEKS of reaching out. Now that I'm done talking about the management, the pathway in the facility is in desperate need of being fixed up. There are a few ditches in the middle of the center aisle that can damage some vehicles if they sit low. Update: I finally did hear back from the Manager after a MONTH and decided to finally share that it was another unit renter that drilled out my lock and realized it was the wrong unit. I just don't have words to try and wrap my mind around the whole situation. I look forward to finally getting my things out of there ASAP

Prices keep going up even after my unit got broken into and everything robbed, they truly did not care at all. I wish I didn't choose to do business with them then from the start it's been a mess. Also they had multiple breaks in and never even warned anyone or said anything. Smh. UPDATE: very funny the owner said the left me a voicemail as they NEVERR called me lead alone left a voicemail lol. I've CALLED THEM & asked them to call me back multiple times in the past and they never did so I fully gave up, accepting this place is just one of those company who only cares about getting people $$$.
