I am moving out because I have more space for my items but would definitely come back in the future if I needed extra storage space. I was surprised with how nice the units are and how clean the facility is kept. Kristine was also a big help and very friendly.

I am moving out because there is mice problem. I went to get few things and noticed mouse dropping on my stuff. I now got to make sure everything is ok and throw away things that are damaged. Be aware that there is mice in these storage unit and your stuff is not safe. My unit was D58. I am so disgusted out.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Great Customer Service. Called several times and each time Anthony was cheerful and helpful. He answered all my questions and booked the reservation for me, making sure I had the pickup locations information to find it.

Sherry at gate way storage is great . She helped my husband and I with getting enough storage and tracking down trucks and car haulers for our tractor to move to Reno. She was fantastic!

The storage facility is great and the ease of setting it up is the same. They do not keep the second gate open even during working hours so if you have a trailer it is extremely difficult to back out. If it wasn’t for the gate situation I would give them five stars.
