Great facility! Great price! I’ve been to quite a few storage facilities and not only are they higher, but none of them allow you to pull your vehicle indoors to load/unload from your unit. Super clean and easy to get to the units. Love this place. I highly recommend.

Super clean facility & the indoor drive-in access is really hard to beat. Staff was professional, friendly & helpful w all my questions. Revision: I had to come back and revise my edit after accessing the facility a couple of additional times. It's even better than I originally thought yesterday it was 95° and today it's 33 & windy. Both days I appreciated the indoor climate controlled access to the facility. And I also want to mention again just how clean, secure, and well kept everything is! Thanks, Scott!

I have rented from this company for over 5 yrs! When it was Cube Smart. This newer company is by far the worst. The way Scott talked to me today is the worst i have ever experienced as a customer. I asked him for his manager number he said there is no one over him. He yelled and hung up on me!!! . I really hope this reach someone in corporate to listen to the call and get back to me ASAP since he would not give me anyone I could reach out to. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! FYI I rent from the S Kingshighway location, they were closed today so my call was redirected him He would not give me his location nor did he want to give me his name. However, I found him!! Forcing people to leave good reviews is insane because I know he talks to customers like this often. Needless to say he found the right one because I will not stop until this is resolved.

Scott Simon was fantastic to work with. He found us the right unit and made it very easy to set up. It was a temporary situation for us, which meant we cancelled the unit after a few months. Scott handled the cancellation with the same kindness and professionalism as when we initiated the rental. We would use this facility again without hesitation!

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences everywhere else, this place has been amazing! Everywhere else we’ve rented has raised the price over and over again by a lot, and when I first started renting this place, I addressed that with them and they told me exactly when they raise their prices and why and so far it’s been exactly right and they only raised it by like 10 or $15 compared to these other places raising it by like 50 I absolutely love this place though and all of their stuff is temperature controlled and secured very well. And I’ve been renting here for going on a year now.
