Have always had good luck with Jeff and his staff! Always courteous and friendly! Rented storage shed from them back in 2005 then again in 2016 and still have storage through them! Couldnt imagine renting from anyone else! All their storage sheds are always kept clean and nice and not bad pricing!! Great security too!!

St. Clair Storage has the best staff around. They are super helpful and they did not try and put me into a unit that was too big for my needs. The staff has always answered any question quickly as well. The most impressive thing the the level of security they offer. I never worry about my unit. I highly recommend St. Clair Storage.

I've rented from there for 11 years. My apologies for not knowing the lady in the office's name- but she is so nice; both over the phone or in person. The property is kept super clean and is well lit. Prices are great

Nice units (perfect sized one just what we needed not to big or small) and gated which i like! Only issue i have is the how tight spaced it is to get your vehicle around the unit as i was extremely cautious trying not to hit the brick wall on my passenger side and the yellow safety pillar/pole to the units on my driver side it was tricky...however my boyfriend ended up hitting the yellow pillar to the point it scraped a yellow stripe down my white car 😬😒. They could have done 1 set less of units right there or put the wall out a little further someone with a trailer definitely wont make it around that turn just dont try it! Price not to enthused about as i pay $27/mo on a unit WAY bigger somewhere else and this is one of there smallest units and we pay $42 (i think! I know its over $40) 😬

Nice people. That doesn't negate their responsibility and duty to follow Missouri laws governing storage units. For reasons of brevity, privacy, and legality I won't go into it further. I can cite the MO statutes that they violate. The best thing you can do is arm yourself with knowledge and hold businesses to it. Common sense or opinion doesn't apply when talking the letter of the law. Jeff needs to learn that. In time...
