Calletta was amazing to work with. So many customers came in while I was there and she just smiled and interacted with everyone so professionally. I can see they love her. I hate I won't be able to come in chat with her often but I know my items will be safe here.

Great customer service first time using a storage unit. A little upset the door to exit is broke that's an inconvenience in itself trying to get out of there with a larger vehicle backup all the way or try to turn around. Had to go around the maze to try to find the actual storage unit assigned to me. Need to work on a map or something for new customers. Otherwise if I was rating customer service only it would be a 5 star.

I was staying up in North County before I moved and went out of my way to go back to this storage unit!! They’re very helpful and the storage unit is at a reasonable price, The manager goes out of her way to open the exit door manually by hand while it has been broken down! I clean my storage unit out before I had to make my next payment and I forgot to tell them and they charged me and I called him up asking if it was possible to get a refund then they gave me my refund instantly overall a great experience and would recommend To everyone!!!

This is a late review, but last month I needed help with my bill payment, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly.
