I signed on for a month to month rental (didn't realize rate would fluctuate). My rate was $139 for a 10x15. I paid $139 for a few months. Then I received a bill for $219. Which was a 60% increase in my bill. I reached out to the company and they stated my month to month lease was subject to rate increases. I understand rate increases are possible however a 60% increase is absurd. They stated the adjustment was based on their calculations of current rates and local availability however the term I would use is Price Gouging and Corporate Greed. Once I am done with the unit I will never do business or recommend Extra Space or any of their affiliates.

We rented a unit for my stepson for college, and I've rented at other places in the area but this is so far these are the cleanest without a doubt when my son and I came in Lavonne new everything I asked about very informal about the insurance and the pricing I couldn't get my code to work she helped me on that as well went outside in the rain and took us to our unit she was the best by far I've dealt with I'm glad she definitely knew her stuff thanks again I would give six stars if y'all would let me.

I misplaced my keys for the lock. Arthur gave me a free lock to replace it. Great customer service. Highly recommend this place.

The facility itself is clean, secure and well lit. Lavonne was so helpful and kind. It was a very hot day and she made sure we had a shaded spot and even kept us hydrated while we loaded our truck as we were moving out of our unit. I could not be more pleased with the service and consideration given to us. I would not hesitate to use this facility in the future. Thanks, Lavonne!!

Hazel was very polite. Showed me around the facility and even offered to walk me to my car. Space is nice and the facility is clean. High ceilings in the storage spaces, good for stacking especially with smaller spaces like mine.
