I purchase a 10x24 storage space online and in a matter of minutes the storage space was available to me. Went there 10 minutes after the purchase and the lock for the storage available and all. Received a welcome call from the property manager Crystal ensuring me that she’s here to assist me In anyway she can. The process was very smooth and professional. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for storage space and professionalism.

Crystal was the lady who helped us , and when I tell you we were having the WORST day , she was the BEST. Explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely kind. She let my daughter watch cartoons on her iPad while she was helping us. We ended up going out the the unit (which she offered too show us before purchasing but due to the situation we were in we declined and payed) , when we went outside to look at it I instantly FREAKED because I knew our stuff wouldn’t fit. I got in the pickup crying while my boyfriend went back inside to explain the situation and she SO QUICKLY and so understanding and sweet, refunded us and wished us the best. I was very appreciative of Crystal for being able to handle me on one of my absolute worst days.
