Alexus was really sweet and helpful at the Brentwood location. She was efficient and overall and pleasant. She even showed me where my storage unit was at in the rain ! I wish more people show these cs traits in other public places. Thanks again Alexus

This is by far the worse storage facility ever do not let the stars fool you . Poor customer service by management and no one is never in the office . Your rate will increase every 3 months and when you do reach someone they always give you attitude. My grandmother have finally made the decision to get her things out of this location and move her things into a storage where her business is appreciated. Please find another storage facility the Brentwood location is horrible and the same feeling goes for the Dist Mgr, who does not know how to do his job.

Called to see why my access to my unit was removed and was told I moved out Sept 10 (I did not) and that the unit was vacant (I didn’t vacate); and that I’d receive a call “within 48 hours”. I asked if I could go check for myself (am in town visiting) and they said they can’t give access back to me because the system already moved me out but I could stop by to see if the manager was in- no sort of remorse or urgency about the potential theft of my property.
