I rented several units this past year and the manager there miss amy was so helpful, she does an amazing job and truly goes above and beyond for her tenants there . she’s an extrodanary person and is by far the best manager I’ve ever met at one of theses places . Most are only about the money and are cut n dry and this woman makes it a goal to truly care about her renters while maintaining a superior and professional interaction with all of her customers. it’s like one big happy family there. She has done away with the rift raft that was there and has done an amazing job getting the place in order for there current and future tenants. I wouldn’t rent from any other place and I strongly recommend this place as the top place for rentals in the all area. I recommend it to all my friends and family and anyone looking for not only just a storage shed but a safe place for there belongings where they will be safe as if they were there own. I give this facility 5 stars and another 6 stars to the amazing manager there miss any . She is an amazing individual and I’m happy to call her my friend. Ya my u have truly Ben a blessing to me and I appreciate u going above and beyond to help me in my time of need. No one else would have taken the time to help a tennent they didn’t even no the way u did and I’ll never forget that or the positive impact u made in my life when it seemed all was falling apart. I truly thank u. Keep up the good work between the long hours and the dedication u put in u deserve a manager of the year award.and we all would like to take the time to thank you. Ur the best

I had no problem getting a unit, and was able to take care of it remotely. The place is clean and well ventilated. I especially like having a restroom available. Will definitely recommend this facility to my friends.

Love the staff super friendly! This is more of an outdoor facility. Depending on what you need to store the climate can change inside. Dew, it can smell like mold. If you have outdoor equipment then this is prefect & the staff is super friendly.

After renting the unit I never received my 2 free month ( as advertised) then my rent was raised, Someone broke into the unit and took everything and Storage America not the police will do anything about it. I'm now out thousands of dollars and even though there's videos showing who did it , nothing is being done. There's people living in the facility supporting there drug habit off these storage units. There is no one to help with anything there the place is dirty , no carts to use , This was a good place wen there was a manager. now it's all drug related activity There insurance is a joke as well UPDATE It's now been 2 months since I lost everything do to the theft and I haven't heard from Storage America at all. I had to pay to get the pictures I have.
