New ownership is horrible. No improvements have been made, my unit has a gravel base and not cement, but yet they almost DOUBLED the rent for the unit we are renting "to utilize this opportunity to make further improvements to the property". What improvements? Why are only "certain" units facing an increase and not all of them? They didn't increase the rent by a few dollars - they are increasing it by $53. And good luck trying to get a hold of someone to talk to, you will hear a recorded message and then the call will hang up. I have been trying for the past couple of days to get ahold of someone. Stay away if you can and find a different company if it's possible, we have used these units for years but this new ownership is horrible.There is no customer service, they literally just want your money. They'll probably continue and continue to hike the price of these units whenever they want and it's just not worth it. Update: Their response to my review was a generic 'we are sorry, someone will reach out to you'. Nobody reached out to me.

New ownership is absolutely horrible. On hold for at least 15 minutes and still no one picked up the phone. Rates raised over $40 per month. I had to get a shovel and put the gravel back around the edges of the unit and boards infront of the doors to keep the wildlife away from our boat. Cleared my unit out and moved. Horrible customer service. If I could get someone to answer the phone I would be more than happy to update my information.

Great place to park a boat, trailer, camper. etc. They have a variety of different sized units at a good price. Property is fenced, you get a code for the gate. Lighting was pretty good, although you might want to keep a head lamp handy too. The lady working in the office was very helpful in helping us find the right sized unit for our needs. Price was very reasonable. Thanks!
