My elderly father has been using this storage facility for YEARS. They've recently changed ownership and they keep creating issues. So far they have removed his lock, putting their own on without reimbursement or return of the removed one) he didn't know this until he went in to access the unit and was locked out. They don't allow you to use your own lock which sounds like a red flag to me. He reluctantly signed up for auto pay at their behest as he was told he "has to" when he has always paid via check on time. Most recently he gets a call saying he "HAS to sign a lease online" no other way about it. This place doesn't take into consideration that elderly in our area are not technologically inept and tries to bully them into doing business online. I will continue to try to convince him to take his business elsewhere. To me this place sounds like nothing but a headache.

Herman LeForsDO NOT RENT FROM THESE CREATURES. WHEN I FIRST MOVED INTO THIS PLACE I WAS MOVED INTO THE WRONG UNIT. ALMOST 3 MONTHS WENT BY BEFORE I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS IN THE WRONG UNIT AND IT WAS RIGHT ON THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND FOR THANKSGIVING AND THEY LEFT A NOTE ON MY UNIT SING TO MOVE OUT. SO I MOVED OUT TO THE CORRECT UNIT THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR THE OTHER UNIT AND THEN RESTRICTED MY CODE TO GET BACK IN BECAUSE I WAS DELINQUENT ON THE OTHER WHEN I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I HAD SIGNED UP FOR TWO DIFFERENT UNITS BECAUSE I DIDN'T THEY JUST CHARGED ME FOR THEIR ERROR AND EXPECTED ME TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS AND GET EVERYTHING MOVED ON THEIR TIME THEY LET ME BE IN THE WRONG UNIT I HAVE NO IDEA THEN THEY EVICTED ME GIVE ME 3 DAYS TO GET MY STUFF OUT DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY CODE TO GET BACK IN THE GATE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS DO NOT PUT YOUR THINGS IN HERE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT EVER RENT FROM HERE WOULD BE MY ADVICE.
