DO NOT RENT HERE. Seriously, go literally anywhere else. They will get you in at a good price and then secretly raise your rent. Plus they never close the gate and I dont think they have any cameras that work. I got a call from the office that my unit didnt have a lock on it. Turns out someone had cut my lock or broke it and stole my 3d printers and my dad's shotgun. Sroa also took away my insurance and raised my rent without telling me. The whole place seems really shady. I think management has something to do with my unit getting broken into. But I cant prove that. Like others have said, they will raise your rent and not let you know. They also were charging me for insurance when I said I did not want it. They kept doing it even after I told them I didnt want it. But then once my unit gets broken into, they said I don't have insurance anymore and they raised my rent. They got rid of the insurance and raised the rent to make it so I didnt notice a change in my monthly bill. This place is really shady.

Good location. Can rent online. Gate open during the day right. Less security. Small oil spot in unit. Not a big deal

Sroa is the absolute worst. They raise your rates without notice, they take over decent mom and pop operations and to hell with anything else. if they make a mistake it will be your fault and your problem. Use as a last resort only

This place is a joke. I was broke into 2nd week of renting and absolutely nothing was done about it. I honestly felt like I was the last of their concerns. I asked for video or even for them to check video because one of the item taken would have been easy to spot because it wouldn’t fit in a normal size vehicle.They told me they couldn’t do that and were not willing to look. I have since then figured out they had no security cameras and the gate that is supposed to lock at 10 pm has not worked since December of 2023. When I informed the manager of this property that gate was not working she told me she thought it was. I can tell you 100% truth it doesn’t ever shut thus leaving it wide open for anyone to come in. Also tells me no cameras work or else she would know the gate doesn’t work. I have personally spoke to 3 other people whom were broke into on different occasions and they had the same experience with property and property manager. I don’t even give this place half star!

Showed up with a car full of stuff while moving and there was a lock on the unit I’ve paid to rent that isn’t mine…. no one responded to any of my calls. Phone number on building only leads to voicemail.
