I’ve been a loyal customer for 17 years, and since 2022, this facility has relentlessly raised my rent every 5 months. They clearly don’t value loyalty — they just see how much they can squeeze from long-term customers. To make it worse, the storage unit right next door is nearly the same size, $200 cheaper per month, and has a locked-in rate. That says it all. This place punishes the very people who’ve supported them for years. If you care about fair pricing or being treated with respect, stay far away.
