Courtney accommodated me with 2 units in an expedited situation. She made my needs a smooth transition with one less thing to worry about. The 4 and not 5 stars is against Mother Nature and the water puddles that hung around after the rains. The price, location, the lighting, ease of access, security and on-site friendly management will have me return for any future needs. I highly recommend Westbrook Storage in Laurel Montana. Westbrook storage is awesome! It is affordable, secure, and has wonderful management! Amanda keeps her renters up to date, is friendly, and easy to get a hold of. The online payment system is great as well and makes it so easy to pay. I love Westbrook and highly recommend it!!

Once you move in, the price continues to climb. Every few months, a small increase. I called and asked the price for my unit and I was quoted 20 cheaper than my current rate and that was not a promotional price. When I inquired, I was told the longer you rent, the higher the price and everyone pays a different rate. I have no reason to believe the price will every stop climbing. Unfortunately, its inconvenient to move your junk around. A fact that has clearly been factored into their business model. I understand a business has promo pricing for a period, but this is clearly different.
