I should have known not to trust this facility when I first tried to schedule an appointment and no one even showed up. On Sunday (3/16), the weather was bad and the garage door would not open because it was jammed. Things happen, so I contacted the property manager and received the response shown in the screenshot. However, at no point was I informed that there had been a change in property management. Today I called twice — once around 7 AM and again around 10 AM — because I have orders that need to be shipped today. Unfortunately, I received no response either time. As someone running a small business, access to my storage unit is extremely important. I currently have hundreds of pairs of shoes stored there that I rely on for my income. The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I truly expected better service from Public Storage. If it were easy for me to move everything quickly, I honestly would.

Great facility, very clean, very active. App is great except the Exit Gate is Marked Entry Gate 1 which is a bit confusing and its sometimes difficult to get close enough for the Bluetooth to read green. Put an explanatory sign for where to Bluetooth sensor is

Nobody was on duty in the office at noon on a Sunday. The live agent chat was a complete waste of time. They do not take same day appointments. You should have the picture by now. It is a completely remote control operation based on a business model that is doomed to fail.

We were in a pinch on a Sunday afternoon, struggling with an online rental, when Ron called us personally to help. He invited us down to the Cumberland Dr. location in Elkhorn and fixed all our errors instantly. Ron is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. He’s the kind of person who should be training the entire management team! Highly recommend this location.
