I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage highly enough! From the moment I first inquired, the service has been consistently excellent, professional, and always attentive. The staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. I had an incident where I was genuinely struggling with my unit's lock, and a wonderful employee (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!) immediately came over, helped me resolve the issue, and even gave me a new, complimentary lock. That level of care is truly rare and appreciated. The entire process was seamless: the online sign-up and paperwork were quick and easy, making the rental process stress-free. Beyond the amazing customer service: * Cleanliness: The facility is impeccably clean. It's clear the team takes great pride in maintaining the property. * Security: I always feel safe and secure on the property, which is a major factor when storing valuable items. The facility is very well-lit, which is reassuring, especially in the evenings. * Access & Convenience: Getting in and out is a breeze. The access hours are convenient, and the loading/unloading areas are spacious. Plus, there are plenty of carts and dollies readily available for moving items, which is a huge help. * Facility Quality: The unit itself is in great condition, and if climate-controlled, the temperature is always consistent. Easy to sign up online and get into right away. Everything is clean, and you can drive in (gated garage) and pull up right to the units. Teri patiently answered all my questions when I visited the first time so I felt confident using the space.

Needed to quickly secure a storage space and this place was extremely kind and willing to help us out. On the same day we got the space, moved everything we needed, and had it all locked up before the afternoon. Terri provided exceptional service and soon after we got everything organized, I saw her keeping the space very clean. Great prices as well. Really appreciate all of the help!
