This Extra Space facility is very well managed and kept very clean. I rented a 10x9 climate controlled unit, it had easy and secure access with the gates and entry doors to the building of my unit. Carts were always there and accessible too. I would recommend this location. The value for pre-paying for 6 months was a good value too. I wish the rate would not escalate so much after the pre-paid time period. Overall, a good experience and friendly staff and management.

I am leaving a 2-star review due to a very frustrating experience regarding the management of my units. I rented two storage units and cleared them out within two weeks. However, on the very afternoon I finished moving my items—and before I even had a chance to double-check if anything was left behind—I suddenly received emails and texts stating that both of my rentals had been cancelled. I never requested a cancellation. When I called to complain, the staff member told me they cancelled it because the units were empty. They even asked me, "Why would you need to come back anyway?" which I found incredibly unprofessional. I paid for a full month's rent for both units. It is unacceptable for management to unilaterally terminate a contract I’ve already paid for just because the items were moved out early. If they were going to cancel my access without my consent, they should have refunded the remaining balance. When I asked if any items were left, the staff member claimed they had already cleaned the units and found nothing, then told me I could come and see for myself if I wanted. While the facility is clean and the staff member who helped me initially was wonderful, this recent experience with the other employee was completely absurd. If you pay for a month, you should have access for that month. ​Thank you for the update. I reached out to them, but the issue is still unresolved. I hope everything wraps up soon.

This company searched for a storage facility with my needs in mind. After a few minutes on the phone, success! The place was only 2 miles from our home, the perfect size for our needs and with full climate control (heat and ac)! Staff was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend them without prejudice.

From the first day I walked in the door and rented a storage space until now when I’m about to let it go because our renovation is over, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage. During this time I’ve had to extend the space a couple of times and they’ve always been very helpful and accommodating, and made storing our things there very easy. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
