Excellent customer service. Manager on-site was friendly and extremely helpful. I showed up with no reservation or phone call, and they were able to accommodate me same day. Location is very secure and access is straightforward with a loading dock and large cargo elevator. Very conveniently located in downtown Omaha and access was easy. Prices were very fair. Hours are slightly limited, but not a problem if you plan ahead. I absolutely recommend this place: most storage places will provide you the same basic services, climate controlled lockers, but the staff here make the Storage Loft stand out above others!

Sam was as about as friendly as a fence post. We rented a Penske Desiel in the - weather. He did not have it warmed up for us which is what Penske Customer service said he should have done. Had he done so it would have died in his parking lot instead of 1/2 mile down the road. We did warm it up for the 5 min he told us to. When I called him he told us to call Penske customer service. Sam did not care, did not apologize and was not helpful at all.
