Sabrina and Darryl are the best storage managers you can ask for. They feel more like a friendly neighbor. Whenever I have a situation where I need any kind of help they've always listened, and lent me their time and sweat, even after hours, to get it resolved. I have been renting units here for almost 10 year, and I can never think of going anywhere else.

I was robbed from this storage unit, along with the unit right next to mine. This has been one of the most horrible and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had. There was no security, no call, no alert — nothing. I only found out because I came to my unit myself and realized I couldn’t get in. The staff confirmed the break-in but offered no real help or compensation, just suggested I “move inside” for more safety. Two days have passed, and there’s still no update, no accountability, and no concern for the thousands of dollars worth of belongings that were stolen. To make matters worse, they still expect rent to be paid next week as if nothing happened. It’s completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and security on their part. If you’re considering renting here — please don’t. Protect your belongings and your peace of mind. This facility has proven to be negligent, unsecure, and unresponsive. I would never recommend renting here to anyone.
