Needed a place to store my vehicle for awhile and found CubeSmart online. The lady was very friendly and helpful. You can make a reservation for the size of storage lot or space you need which is also a plus. It would be nice if there was covered areas for the vehicles since this is Vegas and summers are brutal so in essence, it's like parking your vehicle on the street, (no shade), however, the place is secure with lots of cameras everywhere. I am comfortable having my vehicle here as necessary. Be sure to have your own insurance covering your car or you will need to purchase theirs for liability sake.Full Review

For 2 days I would get off work real close to the time all the facilities closed. Friday i was able to get off 15 minutes earlier. We had a reservation at another place, however it just wasn;t what we wanted and much further from our home.
It was 20 minutes til closing time for him however, John went ahead and got us into a unit. He was professional, swift and kind since he didn;t have to stay late to do it. However, my stress level must of shown on my face, moving and all that goes with it is the most stressful time I believe for anyone. Working and not being able to secure a unit and pack and get the uhaul truck back on time takes its toll. So for JOHN to stay and help me out helped me not have a nervous breakdown!

Although the prices are more than double of what I was expecting, everything else is great. It is very clean facility and seems to be maintained and managed very well. The customer/client service was indeed excellent. The service representative was very helpful. I just wish the price of the units were much less. I rented a unit with a friend about 3 years ago near the same area, & the price of the unit for the same size was about 1/3 of what it is now. Lupe walked us to the unit and made sure we understood how to use the lock. Very thorough. Lupe also walked back to the office and got us bottles of water because it was so hot.
