The facility has undergone New Management several times and I must say that Kira is such a delight with this new one! She is extremely helpful and very courteous and make sure the facility is always clean and up to par!

There was a bit of confusion as I had expected to return a Budget Van and secure the unit on Sun. I had called and confirmed as I was moving from California. The movers and I arrived Sunday morning to find that they were closed for Easter. Initially to say I was frustrated is an understatement. We spent over 13 hours on the road the day before and I had been told they would be there. I ended up buying the hired men to unload lunch. Grateful they agreed to come back on Monday. On Monday I spoke to the young lady who runs the office on the phone in the morning. I told her I'd be there about 2pm. Upon my arrival I see a sign on the door that they stepped out. It's a new day so I'm doing my very best to not allow myself to become upset. I call and there's no answer. So I go and sit in my car to wait, again. After about 15 minutes I again call and the young lady answered. I finally start to connect some dots. This is a small family business it appears. They also have another business at the end of this small row of businesses. So I'm very tired from moving, having been in a car over 13 hours for the move, anxious from not knowing the area, and the many errors made despite confirming things. I see this young lady walking toward the door. She's young and of a small stature. Alongside her is a very cute small dog that is clearly her best friend. I take a deep breath and am prepared to go to battle if needed. I'm sorry I can't remember this young lady's name, but I have to say she was absolutely a doll to deal with. Often younger people can be difficult to communicate with these days. She was very easy to speak to. We went through the paperwork with ease and she was very thorough going over it all. She was so pleasant and polite. By the end of our transaction I was completely at ease and pleased with the end results. She was even so kind as to guide me of the better areas to look for aan apartment and short term rental.
