Started out affordable but after the first few months they raised rent $57 -- 42%! They tried raising it on me again a few months later, but when I complained they were kind enough to give me a rent freeze. it didn't last long though because they are raising my rent by another $75 (39% ). Guess I'll be renting a UHaul and moving my stuff. Never again will I deal with a company with such crazy price gouging.
