My rate went up double after 3 months. I was never told this would happen. Be very careful. Armando called and called me to sign up. I was going through a different storage company. He promised me a rate of $98 per month. After three months they charged me $197. I called their office and was told it was due to me signing up at a promotional rate. I was never told this by Armando and now I’ve called twice and he’s nowhere to be found and the district manager hasn’t called me back. Stay away from this place.
