My experience at Bluebird Self Storage Hampstead, NH has been over the top. For starters, they are incredibly proffessional, kind and attentive. Kevin, the acting manager, is such a nice person and is great to work with both over the phone and in person. Casey, who also holds a functioning management position, has been superb as well. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. I'm relocating to the EU and needed to store my belongings prior to shipment. Coming up from Islands while driving a 35-foot truck was a crazy experience, riddled with back to back traffic and delays that created an extremely stressful situation. I arrived to a crew of four who had already waited for me for over an hour and were understandably ready to call it a day. Nonetheless, we worked it out and Connor, Russel, Jordan and Jonah dialed me in. They were attentive, professional and handled the contents of my truck with care while moving everything into my units. Bluebird is clean, proffesional, safe and run by a competent staff that genuinely cares. I felt important and well looked after throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company. Their unwaivering proffesionalism stands out.

Excellent customer service. They showed me around the facility and even downloaded the app for me. The facility is immaculate. The carts all worked smoothly, even with a heavy load. The elevator is wide and padded. The guys who loaded up our free first truck load were so nice, friendly, and strong. What a great experience. I'm so happy with Bluebird.

It was quick to start a new unit, convenient to drive up, easy to unlock and lock. Loved having a restroom, coffee and candy. Loved the range of sizes offered so i could find the best fit for me ie mine is more wider than deeper. The place is spotless clean. The price point is very affordable but best of all the 365 day guarantee.

Kristina and Kevin were fantastic and the facility was great from beginning to end. Everything was explained clearly and transparently, making the sign up process easy and their app/system was super convenient to use. Moving out was quick and effortless, and the facility was always very clean. I would absolutely recommend them!

The best!!!!! I had so much stuff from my previous living situation that needed to be put in the U-Haul and the guys that helped us were SO fast it was very impressive, this has been the most efficient and easy experience that I never thought would be so simple ! Could not recommend more !
