Beware. If you're interested in long-term storage, you can only rent month-to-month and can expect your rates to increase dramatically. My rates have gone up 65% over 2 years. It's a funny way to reward loyalty. I tried to do a long-term lease to lock in rates, but they will not consider this. Seemingly because it would interrupt their business model of significant rate increases after you're moved in and it becomes inconvenient to pack up and move to a new storage facility.
