I recently rented a storage unit from cube smart in Bayville, NJ. Donna in the office was extremely helpful & very easy to work with. She was easily able to answer any & all questions involved in the process. They offered the best pricing of anywhere in the area. Aside from what a pleasant experience it was dealing with Donna, the facility is only a couple years old. It looks like it was just opened a few days ago with how clean and new everything is. I would highly recommend.

CubeSmart rep Linda is excellent. With both of my visits--one exploratory, one to rent--Linda was competent, efficient, and patient. Paying to rent space for my stuff of which I most likely wouldn't miss is an unpleasant experience. Linda made my CubeSmart experience tolerable. Thank you!, Linda.

UPDATE 01/09/2026: Unfortunately, after making just one payment, my monthly rent at the storage unit in CubeSmart of Bayville was increased by approximately 25%. Although Linda has the title of Store Manager, she’s not able to do anything about this despite informing me that most customers get four months at an introductory rate, but I only got one month. I must be special in some way to get this treatment from CubeSmart of Bayville. Linda’s solution is “leave” since I “can’t afford” this ridiculous and predatory increase that was not disclosed at the time of signing. Previous 5-star review: Linda was great
